Very good experience. Beau is very knowledgeable about the Honda product line as well as the available services. He provides enough time for the customer to make the best decision on a new car. No sales pressure but available to answer questions. This is how a good car purchase should go.

Beau knows the Honda brand very well but can become slightly aggressive when it comes to price negotiations as the dealer has a best and final rule on used cars that isn't posted anywhere therefore it's not common knowledge to an off the street customer. So getting highly defensive over $1,500 left a touch of a sour taste in our mouths but overall Beau was patient as we never felt like a burden throughout the process. I'd recommend Beau to those looking for a straightforward non negotiating car buying process.
