I've been helping customers in the auto industry for the last 19 years, joining Serra in 2003. Putting myself in the customer's place is very important to me. I have 4 daughters, 4 grandkids, and my wife is also a sales consultant at the dealership.

I had a great experience with Adam at Serra Chevrolet. Was needing a new vehicle after an accident totaled my previous car. It was a pleasant experience that didn’t take long. My Crosstrek that I purchased had a few small plastic bits on the inside that needed replaced which Adam helped order and replace himself personally. Overall great experience and would recommend any friends or family of mine to look for their next vehicle at any of the Serra Auto Park locations, especially if Adam is their salesman!
