Guests can rely on me to bring a personal, empathetic, and transparent approach to every customer concern. I’m here to get the job done and ensure my customers are satisfied with their service. Most people would say my personality is outgoing, and I always come into the dealership smiling and ready to assist. Outside of work, golf is one of my favorite pastimes, as well as watching sports – go, Steelers!

I was so glad when I pulled into your new facility, I was looking for Bob and there he was. He has been there for me, and went out of his way to get my oil change, cause I was due for a trip and didn’t pay attention to my time for one, and was not able to get an appointment, he took care of me just like the years I have been going there. Great. My first visit to your new location, Bob showed me around and they got to work in my car right away. Walked me thru the maintenance updates then got me on my way. It was a simple maintenance but helps me be more confident in future (more extensive) maintenance visits.
