Been with Serra Auto Park team since 2005. We always put our customers 1st. I’m an easy-going person who takes the time to understand our clients’ situations. Grew up in Alliance, OH. Graduated from Stark State. My daughter's the best part of my life. I’m a total movie buff; also enjoy working out.

Chad was great to work with. He knew what I wanted. I feel like he truly had my best interest in leasing a vehicle, he would say to me "you would have to be comfortable driving this" . "It's about what you want" and I thought that was really great. I truly had a wonderful experience. Thank you soooo much Chad for everything. I'm happy to be a part of the Acura family. The level of service and care is beyond a 10. I loved the Honda brand but wasn't very happy with the service department with Serra Honda. Now experiencing Chad, Michael and Acuras level of customer service has impressed me. I have confidence that the service department at Serra Acura is going to be just as amazing. A friend has referred me to Chad at Serra and I couldn't be more thankful for the referral.
