Been with Serra Auto Park team since 2005. We always put our customers 1st. I’m an easy-going person who takes the time to understand our clients’ situations. Grew up in Alliance, OH. Graduated from Stark State. My daughter's the best part of my life. I’m a total movie buff; also enjoy working out.

Chad was great to work with. He knew what I wanted. I feel like he truly had my best interest in leasing a vehicle, he would say to me "you would have to be comfortable driving this" . "It's about what you want" and I thought that was really great. I truly had a wonderful experience. Thank you soooo much Chad for everything. I'm happy to be a part of the Acura family. The level of service and care is beyond a 10. I loved the Honda brand but wasn't very happy with the service department with Serra Honda. Now experiencing Chad, Michael and Acuras level of customer service has impressed me. Knowledgeable, prompt and courteous. I was to receive a tube of liquid carbon color paint for any touch-ups on my vehicle. It was not in my new car, so I left a VM to mail it to me. I never received it.
