Been with Serra Auto Park team since 2005. We always put our customers 1st. I’m an easy-going person who takes the time to understand our clients’ situations. Grew up in Alliance, OH. Graduated from Stark State. My daughter's the best part of my life. I’m a total movie buff; also enjoy working out.

Chad was one of the most professional car salesman I’ve ever dealt with. He listened to what I was looking for, explained the different levels of the MDX to me. Did not play games when we discussed pricing. Was incredibly helpful after I received the car in explaining all the bells and whistles and left the door open for me to call him with additional questions which I have on one occasion and probably will yet again. I would highly recommend him to my friends and family.
