Welcome to Serra Auto Park Akron! I’m Chris Josephites, a client advisor at the dealership. I grew up in Portage Lakes, OH, and graduated from Coventry High School. My hobbies include traveling, fishing on the lakes in my boat, and watching sports – here we go, Brownies! I joined the dealership in April 2021, but my automotive career began in 2020. I understand how confusing and chaotic it can be making any type of purchase, which is why I got into sales to make things less stressful for clients. You can rely on me for an easy-going experience. Providing every guest with the information, respect, and transparency they deserve are my priorities. Before I drove up to Serra, Chris took photos of a used CRV that I thought I might be interested in and sent them to me-went out of his way to do this quickly since I was going to drive up from a dealership in Massillon. When I arrived, decided on a HRV. Chris showed me several colors, let me take one home and during this whole process kept me informed. He came in on his day off to finish the sale. ALL was appreciated. Quick, polite and professional!
