David did a very nice job. Overall experience from start to finish was first rate. Other experiences at a different Subaru dealership were not so great so when I came to David I was pleasantly surprised by the overall treatment. Will definitely be back.

Excellent! David helped us out with a unique situation, which involved an out of state transfer, very short time to negotiate getting the car we wanted, and finding the best deal all around. David was extremely patient, showed us all Subaru and non-Subaru options, all helped us close a transparent, no-surprise deal in a record time. If you are in the Akron area and want a great deal, look no further than Serra and make sure to ask for David!

David was great. He’s a friendly guy who made me feel at ease from the moment we sat down at his desk. He is also a hard worker who does not complain, which he displayed by bringing out 3 different cars for me to test drive. Given how young David looks I figured he was new to the car sales industry, but given his performance, I’d say he’s a seasoned veteran. I would reccomend David to any of my friends or family who are looking to purchase a Mazda.
