Hi! I’m Dom James, and I joined the auto industry five years ago. I started as a lube technician for the first eight months and have worked as a service adviser ever since. When it comes to customer service, I provide guests with an easy-going experience and take the time to answer any questions they may have. Interacting with our clients is genuinely one of the best aspects of my job; it feels great to meet new customers and learn as much about them as possible. Some topics I enjoy include anime, where to get new clothes, and how hoppy my beer is. When it comes to free time, my hobbies and interests include painting, drawing, hanging out with my husky-mix dog, and playing various games, from bowling to billiards and euchre. I also love traveling and giving back to others.

It was fine. The whole process took longer than usual--about an hour and ten minutes. The air for my tires was only partially done. Pressures were 37, 35, 34, 33. I stopped and fixed the air on my own. Not a big deal but annoying.

Dom was very professional. We took a test drive to find a noise issue and also climb under the side to see an issue under the car. All problems seem repaired. Also, he provided a loaner so I could go to an appointment while repairs were made. Thanks Dom.

Overall good. I should have asked but when quoted for a battery I wish I would’ve known it was $80 to install I would’ve done it myself! Also warranty work was done but was not told until I looked at receipt that the additional repair would be needed for cold air, if do I may have opted to get it done….
