I joined the automotive industry almost 2 years ago. Working for Serra Auto Park has been a great experience and I look forward to many more years with the company. I treat customers with respect like they are part of the family. Guests can depend on me to be friendly and honest and to never waste their time. With my past employer, I was honored as Employee of the Month on several occasions, as well as Employee of the Year. Outside of work, I love to spend time with friends, family, and my dogs. My social skills and friendliness are some of the things that bring customers back to me for service time and time again!

I cannot recommend the service department at Serra Chevrolet enough, specifically Eric. From start to finish, the entire experience was seamless and stress-free. Eric is incredibly organized and a true professional. One of my biggest pet peeves with vehicle service is being left in the dark, but Eric kept me regularly updated on every stage of my truck’s progress. I never had to call and wonder what was going on; he was always one step ahead with the information I needed. It is rare to find someone so detailed and attentive to customer needs. I feel completely confident in the quality of the repairs—the work was absolute 5-star quality. If you want your vehicle handled with care and kept on a tight schedule, go see Eric.
