I joined the automotive industry almost 2 years ago. Working for Serra Auto Park has been a great experience and I look forward to many more years with the company. I treat customers with respect like they are part of the family. Guests can depend on me to be friendly and honest and to never waste their time. With my past employer, I was honored as Employee of the Month on several occasions, as well as Employee of the Year. Outside of work, I love to spend time with friends, family, and my dogs. My social skills and friendliness are some of the things that bring customers back to me for service time and time again!

Workers there were kind the place was very clean My only question was it was a simple oil change tire rotation And check the fluids How much attention was being paid to things when you would forget the window washing fluid? That seems like a simple thing Maybe when you’re doing a full check up on the car you need to check up on what you’re doing.
