As Service Advisor, I’m proud to be part of the team helping to keep customers’ cars running smoothly and safely. I enjoy helping people get to the bottom of their vehicle concerns and finding solutions. Originally from Wadsworth, OH, I studied automotive engineering at Stark State College. I’m also EPA HVAC certified and a GM ASEP graduate. I started in the automotive industry over twenty years ago as a parts counter salesperson. I worked for a while as a lube tech and a porter before joining a dealership team and eventually advancing to service advisor. When I’m not working, I enjoy motorsports and tinkering on my own cars. I'm currently building a 87 Monte Carlo SS to compete in SCCA CAM T class autocross. My favorite recent vacations have been the Pikes Peak hill climb and Bonneville salt flats, followed closely by Yellowstone Nat'l park, Arches Nat'l park.

Excellent! Jake was ready to receive my vehicle as soon as I stepped out of the car. He clearly informed me of the scheduled work and told the the time frame. I asked him to make a small adjustment to accommodate my needs later in the day...DONE! Jake is friendly and represents Serra Acura very well. Thanks for a great job!
