Hi my name is Jason Josephites. I'm a Service Advisor at Serra Acura in Akron, OH. Seeing customers drive off with a smile on their faces is the best aspect of my job. My colleagues know me for being constantly aware of potential issues and for my immediate actions to solve them, creating a smooth, proactive environment. I make sure my customers are in good hands. Guests enjoy working with me because of my energetic attitude and commitment to treating them with the respect and attention they deserve. Outside of work: my interests include traveling, enjoying the outdoor scenery, and sports – go, Cleveland Browns! Learning and adapting to new features and functions are my special skills.
