Hi my name is Jason Josephites. I'm a Service Advisor at Serra Acura in Akron, OH. Seeing customers drive off with a smile on their faces is the best aspect of my job. My colleagues know me for being constantly aware of potential issues and for my immediate actions to solve them, creating a smooth, proactive environment. I make sure my customers are in good hands. Guests enjoy working with me because of my energetic attitude and commitment to treating them with the respect and attention they deserve. Outside of work: my interests include traveling, enjoying the outdoor scenery, and sports – go, Cleveland Browns! Learning and adapting to new features and functions are my special skills. When it comes to social topics, I enjoy talking about traveling, various football athletes and their skills and vacation spots.

Jason was very good and did a nice job on my cars first oil change and tire rotation. The video of my car and service was great, but they noted that my floor mats were cleaned and a car wash was provided on my receipt ehich dis not occur. No complaints as oil change was complimentary though.
