About Jeremiah
Born and raised in Akron, OH. I joined Serra Auto Park with over 8 years of automotive experience, both in sales and service. Customers come first with me, and will always be provided an exceptional experience. I graduated from St. Vincent - St. Mary High School and The University of Akron. When not at work, I enjoy spending time hiking and walking the dogs with my girlfriend, in addition to golfing, cooking or spending time with my family. I am an avid sports fan and cheer on the Browns, Cavs, Indians and Buckeyes! I look forward to building relationships with the Serra customers and facilitating all of their needs!

Jeremiah, This is my third year having my car serviced with your shop. I stopped coming previously because of poor service, and after returning last week, I was disappointed again — the windshield washer fluid was not filled. I understand this is a small detail, but it adds up, especially considering the issues I’ve had in the past. I spoke with Paul today and shared my concerns. I told him I would still like to use your shop for my upcoming tune‑up — plugs, brakes, etc. My only concern is that the work is done correctly and thoroughly. I will contact you this week for pricing on the services I need. I’m choosing to take the high road and return, and Paul mentioned he will watch for my car next week when I schedule service. I’ve had the pleasure of working with Jeremiah when i’ve brought any of the three subarus in for service that i’ve owned. He’s incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. always a joy to work with. He is a great employee whom i hope Serra appreciates.

It was top notch. you were very professional, kept me aware of what was going on with my car. One of the best experiences that I have had a Serra Subaru. Answered all my questions. Serra Subaru needs to keep him as his customer service is what will keep people coming back.

Overall service was good. Main issue is the app to track service isn’t that great at conveying information on where the vehicle is in the service process. That has nothing to do with Jeremiah.
