With more than seven years of experience in the auto industry, I’ve seen a lot and understand how important it is that our valued customers have all the information they need to make informed decisions about their cars. And so, rest assured that I go that extra mile to make you feel confident that we will take great care of your vehicle. Originally from, Cleveland, Ohio, I’m proud mom to two children. We root hard for the Cleveland Browns and enjoy kayaking, paddle boarding and mini golf together.

My experience with Jesse was exceptional. She went above and beyond to make my service appointment a pleasant experience. She greeted me as soon as I pulled into the service area and showed me the new waiting area. When my oil change was finished, she sat with me and explained the charges. There was so little interaction with the process which is how customer service is handled today. Greeted me upon arrival, asked if I had a service plan( I think that was the term used). I would have thought that information might already have been in your system as I purchased that product when I bought the vehicle. Showed me waiting area, coffee, water available. Everything next was text status. She did come into waiting area to get me when service was completed. I was satisfied. She was pleasant.
