Fantastic - Jon was knowledgeable, patient and super helpful in our car decision. We were between three really strong brands and he was a great representative for the Pilot without anything disparaging about the Toyota or Subaru. He was personable and had a maturity beyond what we expected from someone relatively new to his professional career. We would highly recommend Jon and Serra Honda.
