I am very unhappy. I feel as if no one llstened. We never asked for an inspection and we were originally going to be charged for doing one. We told you that you couldn't make our issues just happen. More importantly, the technician's only solution was to lessen the sensitivity of the safety factors. Now, my safety factors are not working well enough to keep us from hitting someone or something. No safety factor is working properly. I feel unsafe driving my car. And I still wasn't recognized when getting into my car which is why the person lessened the sensitivity. The whole speaker issue is another whole issue. I am very concerned that my car Will not keep me safe. this is a real problem.
