Serving the fantastic customers of Serra Auto Park has been my honor since 2021. I love working with our great team and doing everything possible to do the job correctly. Learning more from customers is how I develop the best solutions so they can get their vehicles back on the road safely. I grew up in Massillon, OH, and graduated from Jackson High School. When it comes to my free time, I enjoy being around family and friends. Overall, I am easygoing, aiming to exceed my customers’ expectations and ensure they leave the dealership completely satisfied with their service!

Max was excellent. He took time explaining the source of the mechanical problem and what the repair would entail. He kept me updated on the progress of the repair, which took several days. He offered a loaner car while mine was being repaired, which I didn't need but appreciated the offer.
