Born and raised in Akron, Ohio, I am a proud mom of three outstanding boys and an avid supporter of Springfield sports and Ohio State Football. Panama City Beach, Florida, is our families favorite place to vacation. Beyond my professional capabilities, I am defined by my relatability and strong character. I make an effort to connect with customers on a personal level, understanding their needs and truly listening to their concerns. My passion lies in treating my customers like family, earning their trust to take care of them and their vehicles. I am always eager to discuss my children's accomplishments in football, baseball, basketball, and wrestling—they are my pride and joy. In my free time, I find solace in reading, gardening, and watching my boys excel on the field. Megan is always a terrific Service Advisor! She is friendly, well organized, extremely knowledgable. Another important quality of Megan’s is her ability to take time to really listen to her customers in order to truly understand what is going on with their vehicle. She does whatever is necessary in order to get the customer’s concerns checked out and handled. It’s always been a very good experience working with her!

I had my electric power steering light fixed on my dash and now my alignment is way off. My steering wheel turns 1/4 of the way to the left when I take my hands off of it. Don't know what was done but my alignment was was great before my appointment.

Megan was very helpful and made me feel comfortable with spending a large amount of money. I will highly go back because of her. It’s hard to be a women and get tires without much knowledge but I am glad that she was on my side.
