Nick was extremely helpful during my car buying process. He listened to my needs and wants and really helped me get into the car I was looking for. He pulled numbers for a car I was originally looking at, but knowing it wasn’t in my range, also came back with an option B for a similar car. He even took our concern seriously when we smelled an odor in the car (to which was no fault of his or the dealerships) and immediately reported it and had it cleaned and detailed. I would highly recommend Nick to anyone looking to buy a car.

I had an excellent car buying experience with Nick. He sent me detailed information and a video of the car I was interested in right after I called him to ask about it. When I visited the showroom and sat down with him, he walked me through financing options, made sure I understood where I was in the process at every step, and was generally helpful in every way I could have asked for. I’m very happy with my car and I don’t plan to be in the market for a new one any time soon, but if I had to do it again, I would choose to work with Nick at Serra.
