Paul was wonderful and was so helpful in walking us through the 'new car' electronic panels and such. His demeanor was so kind, welcoming and organized as he kept us updated on the new car purchase. He was so calm and put up with my 'old lady' grouchiness - I am very opinionated - and I really appreciated that! I am not a fan of the new 'everything is on the main panel'. (I would like Mazda to know that I would like the climate control removed and added back into the manual car knobs.)
