I graduated from Lake High School in 2014, and I still live in the Uniontown area with my lovely wife, Sarah, and our Maine coon fur baby, Senna. I joined the automotive sales industry back in 2019. Very disappointing and frustrating experience. He took 2 days to call back after being called by the mechanic where my suv was initially taken. Other calls were made to him, messages were left. Finally at the end of the second day was I able to talk to him to find out my suv was ready, and had been. I took it in under an extended warranty announcent but he told me I had to pay $95.00 which did not make sense but I agreed just so I could get my suv back. When I did go to pick it up, another advisor told me that Quinton was wrong to have charged me, and the charge was dropped. I've had issues with the service dept in the past, but this was the final straw.....never going back and never recommending Serra Service depts.
