I met Ric several months before my car purchase. The wife and I were just casually looking at cars that she was considering for future purchase. Ric was informative and took time with us even though we were not buying on that day. After looking at several other cars the TLX was what she wanted. So when the day came to buy without hesitation I went back to dealership and requested Ric to make the deal.
