My experience was fine but I came in to get door protection repaired and they changed my oil and rotated my tires. When they told me it was ready and what was done I let them know what I needed done. I had set up the appointment to replace door trim protection so I assumed they knew. They apologized and replaced the door protection and sent me on my way. I had my oil changed a few weeks prior. It was fine but my first experience there.
