About Shawn
Hello! My name is Shawn Ridgeway, and I am proud to be a part of the Serra Auto Park Akron team! I love how everyone is here for the customer and working hard to provide exceptional service. My colleagues would say that I come into the dealership each day with a smile on my face and positive energy. I love providing excellent and transparent service to my customers throughout the entire buying process. Guests can rely on me for a pressure-free experience each time. I am GM certified in all vehicles and stay updated on automotive trends. When it comes to my spare time, I enjoy going to car and truck shows, cleaning my vehicles, playing football, and spending quality time with my family. Each year my family goes on a fun-filled adventure; we have been to 20 states and look forward to many more vacations. We are also huge Ohio State Buckeye fans, and each year we participate in the big summer game event; it is always a highlight of the year!
