This was my first meeting with Sierra, and she is a true professional for Serra. She made my mom and I feel very comfortable initially. She clearly explained what would be done. She was available for questions, and she quickly and efficiently shared a quotation for tires. We did not purchase these tires because we had another better source - so our not purchasing tires from her is not a negative reflection on her at all. We will definitely work with Sierra Morrison again in the future!
